  1. Return Window
    You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the product.
  2. Return Conditions
    The product must be in the following condition for a return to be accepted:
    The product must be unused.
    The product must be in its original packaging, tags, and bill.
    All accessories, freebies, or combos must be included.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    The following products cannot be returned (except if they are defective or incorrect):
    Personal care items.
    Lingerie and innerwear.
    Customized or personalized products.
    Products purchased during the sale.
  4. Refund Process
    Once we receive your returned product and have completed our inspection, we will notify you by email or SMS.
    If the return is approved, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will ask for your bank details to transfer the amount.

  1. Exchange
    If you received the wrong size or color, you can exchange it. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  2. Shipping Charges for Returns
    If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    If you are returning a product due to personal preference, the customer may incur shipping charges.
